📱 1. The Service
By using the Jijaee (Jijaee Maha Police Bharti Prep) Android app or jijaee.in, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Jijaee provides exam-preparation content for Maharashtra Police recruitment: practice questions, mock tests, previous-year papers, current-affairs quizzes, cutoff data, physical-test tracking, and recruitment news alerts.
🎯 2. No Guarantee of Selection
We help you prepare; we do not and cannot guarantee selection, scores, or results in any recruitment examination. Cutoff figures shown are previous years' published figures for reference only — each year's cutoff differs. Always verify recruitment information on official sources (mahapolice.gov.in and district police websites).
👤 3. Accounts
- One account per person; login is limited to one active device at a time.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile details.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (automation, content scraping, leaderboard manipulation, credential sharing, or resale of access).

💳 4. Subscriptions & Payments
🔄 AUTO-RENEWAL NOTICE (Important)
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Google Play account will be charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends. Subscription management and cancellation is available through Google Play → Subscriptions .
- Plans available: 6-month plan (starting ₹499) and 12-month plan (starting ₹699). The exact price shown at checkout on Google Play prevails — prices may vary by region and promotional offers.
- Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Billing: All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive your payment card or UPI details.
- Cancel anytime: Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Jijaee → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy and Google Play's refund policy .
- Referral rewards are in-app benefits (premium days) only, carry no monetary value, and may be adjusted to prevent abuse.
📚 5. Content & Intellectual Property
- App content (questions, explanations, compilations, design) is owned by or licensed to us. Personal study use only — no copying, scraping, republishing, or resale.
- Previous-year questions originate from public government examinations; our explanations, compilations, and UI are original work.
⚖️ 6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
🏛️ 7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
