Account & Data Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your Jijaee Maha Police Bharti Prep account and all associated personal data. This action is irreversible.
⚠️ Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All your quiz scores, ground logs, bookmarks, streaks, and leaderboard entries will be erased forever.
- If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it on Google Play first to avoid being charged again — deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription automatically.
- Referral rewards associated with your account will also be deleted.

Open the Jijaee app
Make sure you're logged in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap the ⚙️ Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to the bottom
Find the "Delete Account & Data" option in red.

Confirm deletion
Read the warning, then tap "Yes, Delete Account". Your data is permanently erased immediately.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body must include:
- Your registered phone number or email (the one you used to log in)
- Your display name (optional, helps us find the account faster)
- A statement that you want your account and all data deleted permanently
We verify ownership → delete all your data from our servers (Supabase) → reply to confirm completion. This takes up to 7 working days.

All run timings, shot-put records

All saved questions
Leaderboard
All rankings and leaderboard entries
Referral
Your referral code, referral history, rewards
Device data
FCM push token, device identifier
Anonymized aggregate statistics (e.g., total number of questions answered by all users) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product analytics.
❓ Common Questions
I deleted my account but was charged again. What do I do?
Deleting your account does not cancel Google Play subscriptions. Please cancel via Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Jijaee. For refund queries email support@jijaee.in.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent. You can create a new account with the same phone/email after deletion, but all previous data (scores, streaks, premium status) will be gone.
How long does it take to delete my data?
Via in-app: instant. Via email request: up to 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Do you keep any data after deletion?
We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate statistics. All personal data — name, contact, scores, logs — is permanently erased.
